Where are you at?

Maybe you’ve just entered an Ironman, or committed yourself to your first triathlon. Maybe you’ve entered a marathon or you want to smash that 10k pb. You know that you’re training hard but don’t seem to be improving, you’ve got one discipline that you love to do, so you keep on neglecting the one that you’re struggling with or find too hard. Maybe you’re nowhere near as flexible as you used to be and it’s not improving as you age. Maybe you’re picking up more injuries and can’t do as much as your mates appear to do on Facebook or Strava. You know you should be doing something about your training but feel overwhelmed with all the information on the internet and magazines etc.

What problems might you be facing right now?

Maybe you spend hours sitting at a desk or you travel a lot for work. Maybe you spend hours fetching and carrying the kids around to all their clubs and after school activities. Maybe you used to train (swim, run, cycle) but you either stopped because life got in the way or because your injuries don’t allow you to train hard any more. You’re not sure how much time you should spend swimming, cycling or running.

You need to get a regular training routine which will allow you improve your fitness and flexibility without affecting your work or family life.
